Velveeta Italian Sausage Bake


1 ½ cups small penne pasta, uncooked
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
4 small zucchini, sliced and halved
1 red or green pepper, chopped
8 oz pizza sauce
½ lb cubed Velveeta cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta as directed
Meanwhile, brown sausage in large deep skillet on med-high, chopping up the sausage.
Drain and return to skillet.
Add zucchini, peppers and pizza sauce.  Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes
Drain pasta and combine all ingredients in the sausage skillet until well mixed.
Spray baking dish and spread mixture into it.  Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 6
