Mama J's South Pacific Club


4 slices cooked bacon
2 slices Texas style bread, or
Oversized ciabatta
¼ lb deli ham
¼ lb deli turkey
1 slice pineapple
Mayonnaise
1 slice American cheese
Lettuce & Tomato to taste

Toast or grill bread.
Spread mayonnaise to taste, layer cheese on bottom.
Layer ham and turkey,  then pineapple
Layer bacon,  then lettuce and tomato.
