Chicken Taco Soup


·         1 – 13 oz can drained chicken (tuna aisle)
·         1 – 11 oz can diced tomatoes con chile
·         1 – 28 oz can diced tomatoes
·         1 – 4 oz can green chiles
·         1 – 15 oz can kidney beans
·         1 pkg taco seasoning mix
·         1 – 15 oz can black beans
·         1 pkg ranch dressing mix
·         1 – 11 oz can whole kernel corn

Shred chicken if desired.  Do NOT drain other cans!!!
Add all ingredients into a crock pot and stir.
Cook on high for 2 hours and on low for 4 hours.
Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions and tortilla chips.


Serves 4
