Tukyan Skillet d'Sausage, Green Beans & Potatoes


·                     8 OZ POLISH SAUSAGE, FULLY COOKED AND SLICED 1/2 IN. THICK
·                     1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
·                     1 TSP OIL
·                     14 1/2 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES
·                     14 1/2 OZ CAN GREN BEANS WITH POTATOES, DRAINED
·                     HOT PEPPER SAUCE TO TASTE
·                     1 CUP SHREDDED MONTEREY CHEESE


COOK SAUSAGE AND ONION IN OILED SKILLET UNTIL ONION IS TENDER. 
ADD TOMATOES; SIMMER 5 MIN. 
STIR IN GREEN BEANS & POTATOES; HEAT 3 MIN. 
SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE & ADD HOT SAUCE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. 

SERVE OVER RICE.
