Hawai'ian King Spinach & Artichoke Dip

2 Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg ranch dip mix
1 – 13-15 oz artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed & drained
8 oz sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 350.
Carefully hollow 1 loaf, leaving 1 inch on sides and bottom
Cube what you removed, and the other bread. Place cubed breads and bowled bread on baking sheet & bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and dip. Mix in a large bowl
Add artichoke hearts, spinach and water chestnuts. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Transfer to bread bowl and serve with toasted bread cubes.

Serves 10-12 people
