Mama J's Pineapple Salsa

3 cups diced tomato
2 cups colorful diced bell peppers
1 diced jalapeno
¼ cup diced cilantro
Lemon zest to taste
1 14 oz can crushed pineapple, or
½ diced fresh pineapple
¼ cup diced onion


Dice all ingredients and blend well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
