• 1 TSP BAKING SODA
• 1 TSP VANILLA
• *DECORATOR SUGAR
HEAT OVEN TO 400*.
COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER & EGGS IN A LARGE BOWL.
BEAT @ MED SPEED UNTIL CREAMY.
REDUCE SPEED TO LOW; ADD INGREDIENTS.
BEAT, SCRAPING BOWL OFTEN, UNTIL WELL MIXED.
SHAPE ROUNDED TSPFULS OF DOUGH INTO 1" BALLS;
DIP INTO DECORATOR SUGAR.
PLACE 2" APART ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS.
BAKE FOR 7-10 MIN OR UNTIL EDGES ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED. YIELDS 5 DOZEN COOKIES.
*YOU CAN OMIT DECORATOR SUGAR AND REPLACE WITH COCONUT FLAKES, CRUSHED NUTS, ETC
