Tukyan Grilled Lamb Chops

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oregano
2 cloves pressed garlic
½ tsp black pepper
6 lamb chops at about ½ inch thick
3 - 1/4 inch slices of ginger, smashed
1/2 tsp paprika

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pepper.
Pour over chops in a large ziplock and press the air out.
Turn bag over several time to ensure coating on the chops.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Throw chops on a ready grill at about 4-5 minutes on each side.

*If there’s any sauce left over,  you could put a nice finishing touch on the chops by basting them with it.
