Velveeta Broccoli Casserole


3 – 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
12 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
36 Ritz Crackers, crushed coarsely crushed and divided by 2
½ stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350
Mix broccoli, cheese and half the cracker crumbs until well tossed.
Mix remaining crackers with the butter.
Spoon broccoli mixture into baking dish.
Spread buttered crackers across the top of broccoli mixture.
Bake 45 minutes or until heated through.

Serves 6
