Philly Peaches & Cream Cheesecake


2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
6 TBSP MELTED MARGARINE
1 CUP SUGAR, DIVIDED
32 OZ SOFTENED NEUFCHATEL CHEESE
1 PKG PEACH JELLO
2 FRESH CHOPPED PEACHES
8 OZ THAWED LITE COOL WHIP


MIX GRAHAM CRUMBS, MARGARINE AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR; PRESS FIRMLY INTO BOTTOM OF 13*9" PAN.
REFRIGERATE WHILE PREPPING FILLLING.  
BEAT NEUFCHATEL CHEESE & REMAINING 3/4 CUP SUGAR IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER, UNTIL WELL BLENDED.  ADD DRY GELATIN; MIX WELL.
STIR IN PEACHES & WHIPPED TOPPING.
SPOON OVER CRUST; COVER WITH PLASTIC.
REFRIGERATE 4 HOURS UNTIL FIRM.
