REFRIGERATE WHILE PREPPING FILLLING.
BEAT NEUFCHATEL CHEESE & REMAINING 3/4 CUP SUGAR IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER, UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD DRY GELATIN; MIX WELL.
