Home Made Berry Ice Cream

·        1 small can evaporated milk
·        10 oz frozen sliced berries
·        ½ cup sugar
·        Pinch of salt
·        2 tbsp lemon juice

Pour milk into freezer tray and chill for 5-10 minutes or until frozen.
 Crush fruit in small bowl, stirring in sugar and salt until dissolved.
In medium bowl, beat chilled milk until stiff.
Beat in lemon juice and fold into fruit mixture.
Scoop into freezer trays and cover with aluminum foil.

Freeze for 3 hours.
