Philadelphia Fruit Smoothie No Bake Cheesecake


·                     2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
·                     6 TBSP MELTED MARGARINE
·                     1 CUP SUGAR, DIVIDED
·                     32 OZ SOFTENED NEUFCHATEL CHEESE
·                     1- 12 OZ PKG FROZEN MIXED BERRIES, THAWED & DRAINED
·                     1- 8 OZ COOL WHIP LITE TOPPING, THAWED



MIX GRAHAM CRUMBS, MARGARINE AND 1/4 CUP SUGAR; PRESS FIRMLY INTO BOTTOM OF 13*9" PAN. 
REFRIGERATE WHILE PREPPING FILLING. 
BEAT NEUFCHATEL CHEESE AND 3/4 CUP SUGAR IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER ON MED SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED. 
STIR IN MIXED BERRIES. 
GENTLY STIR IN WHIPPED TOPPING. 
SPOON OVER CRUST; COVER. 

REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM.
