• 6 Bananas sliced thin
• 1.5 cups sour cream
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Wheat germ
Whip sour cream, vanilla, and sugar in medium bowl.
Fold in bananas.
Chill for 1 hour.
Top with wheat germ.
*variations to taste: you can use whatever flavored extract that attracts you best, or substitute wheat germ for ground flax seed. You will find that I try to use wholesome ingredients that promote healthy benefits of eating delicious foods while avoiding the doctor.
