Ham Egg & Cheese Casserole

·                     5 CUPS PLAIN CROUTONS OR BREAD CUBES
·                     1 LB CHOPPED HAM
·                     2 CUPS CUBED CHEDDAR CHEESE
·                     4 CUPS MILK
·                     1/4 TSP PEPPER
·                     6 EGGS
·                     1/3 CUP CORN OIL
·                     1 TSP SALT
·                     1TSP DRY MUSTARD
·                     1/3 CUP FLOUR

PLACE CROUTONS, HAM & CHEESE I BOTTOM OF 13*9" PAN. 
IN A LARGE BOWL MIX MILK, PEPPER, EGGS, OIL, SALT, MUSTARD & FLOUR. 
THEN POUR THE MIXTURE OVER CROUTON MIXTURE AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
HEAT OVEN TO 300*. 
BAKE CASSEROLE FOR 1.5 HOURS AND COOL FOR 15 MIN BEFORE SERVING. 
MAKES 12 SERVINGS
