Buttercream Frosting


1- 1LB PKG 10X SUGAR
1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER OR MARGARINE
3-4 TBSP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA


IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE 10X SUGAR, BUTTER, MILK AND VANILLA; USING MIXER @ LOW SPEED FOR 1-2 MIN UNTIL CREAMY.
IF NEEDED, ADD MORE MILK UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED.
MAKES ENOUGH TO FILL AND FROST 2 LAYER CAKE, 13*9 SHEET, OR 24 CUPCAKES.
