Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell




Directions:

  1.  Preheat oven to 425
  2.  Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl
  3.  Beat eggs in large bowl and stir in pumpkin/sugar spice mixture
  4.  Gradually stir in evaporated milk
  5.  Pour mixture into pie shell
  6.  Bake for 15 minutes and reduce temperature to 350
  7.  Bake for 40-50 minutes or until middle is fully cooked
