1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
Directions:

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl
- Beat eggs in large bowl and stir in pumpkin/sugar spice mixture
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk
- Pour mixture into pie shell
- Bake for 15 minutes and reduce temperature to 350
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until middle is fully cooked
