2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients
- In another, stir together remaining ingredients
- Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir until well blended
- Cook pancakes on lightly greased griddle and eat
